I am getting this error in VS code when i am running react locally

I am getting this error when I am running react locally. I have also deleted node modules and tried to install it again, still same issue persists. can someone please help me in this

Please post your actual code and the error message instead of an image. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.
