I am not sure what is still wrong

Tell us what’s happening:
Describe your issue in detail here.
I compared the code I was writing, to be honest, I might need more exercises such as this to grasp how to come up with the solution. Anyway I rewrote my code and it appears a Syntax Error, why could that be? (Unexpected token 47:32)

  **Your code so far**

// Setup
const contacts = [
{
  firstName: "Akira",
  lastName: "Laine",
  number: "0543236543",
  likes: ["Pizza", "Coding", "Brownie Points"],
},
{
  firstName: "Harry",
  lastName: "Potter",
  number: "0994372684",
  likes: ["Hogwarts", "Magic", "Hagrid"],
},
{
  firstName: "Sherlock",
  lastName: "Holmes",
  number: "0487345643",
  likes: ["Intriguing Cases", "Violin"],
},
{
  firstName: "Kristian",
  lastName: "Vos",
  number: "unknown",
  likes: ["JavaScript", "Gaming", "Foxes"],
},
];

function lookUpProfile(name, prop) {
// Only change code below this line
for (let x = 0; x < name.length; x++) {

if (contacts[x].firstName === name ) {
if  (contacts[x].hasOwnProperty(prop)) {
return contacts[x][prop];
}

else {
"No such property";

  return "No such contact";
}
}
// Only change code above this line
}

lookUpProfile("Akira", "likes");

Challenge: Profile Lookup

Link to the challenge:

function lookUpProfile(name, prop) {
  // Only change code below this line
  for (let x = 0; x < name.length; x++) {
    if (contacts[x].firstName === name ) {
      if (contacts[x].hasOwnProperty(prop)) {
        return contacts[x][prop];
      } else {
        "No such property";
        return "No such contact";
      }
    }
  // Only change code above this line
}

Let’s use some formatting. With these changes, it looks like you have a string dangling in the middle of nowhere and you have mismatched braces.

Hi @HRA17 !

Here is how to format code in the editor.
Right click, and choose the format option.

Formatted code will help you find syntax errors better :grinning:
