I keep getting this as an error code. I know it is something simple I am just over thinking this. I posted the error code below and just need a quick pointer I am extremely green at this.

element should have the anchor text of

cat photos
  **Your code so far**

<p>View more <a= href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com"> target="_cat photos> "</a>

Challenge: Nest an Anchor Element within a Paragraph

Link to the challenge:

You have a couple of problems here:

In this first one anchor:

<p>View more <a= href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com"> target="_cat photos> "</a>

The anchor itself:

<a= href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com"> target="_cat photos> "</a>

is incorrect. That first = shouldn’t be there. The target should be inside the opening element, and the target shouldn’t be changed. Where you have the " before the </a>? That should be your “cat photos” text, the text you want to display as the link.

This is the basic format from the description:

<a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org" target="_blank"> ... </a>

Except that the “…” gets replaced by your link text.

Also, you have an extra anchor down in one of the paragraphs - get rid of that.

When I fix those, the code passes for me.

Kevin Smith,
