Challenge: Use Attribute Selectors to Style Elements

Link to the challenge:

Hello there.

Do you have a question?

If so, please edit your post to include it in the Tell us what’s happening section.

Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.

Also, the more information you give us, the more likely we are to be able to help.

[type=‘checkbox’] {
   margin: 10px 0px 15px 0px;
}

I don’t know what’s wrong, I’m unable to use they [type] attribute selector

It looks like your device is using some sort of fancy quotes instead of simple single quote characters.

Hi @fawazefbee
What you are attempting to do with your code looks good, but you are using the wrong kind of quote-symbol around the word “checkbox”. Try this:

[type='checkbox'] {
  margin: 10px 0px 15px 0px;
}

Let me know if it helps :slight_smile:
