I have been trying to redeem Free Foundational C# with Microsoft Certification, but I can’t. It is telling me I need to put my name in my profile. When I try to do it, I get the following error:
“Something went wrong updating your account. Please check and try again“
Can anyone help me, please?

do you mean you are trying to update your freecodecamp account?
if you keep seeing the error write to support@freecodecamp.org
