When I paste in the code to the Exam environment, it does not allow me to take the exam as it says I need to complete all the modules within the course which I did before trying to take the exam for the first time and it does not allow me to take it.

I have now taken my Exam and submitted it within the Exam Environment App, but when I want to go and retrieve my Web Responsiveness Certification, it says that you need to take some steps in order to be able to claim your certification which I have done already.
What do you think I should do now?
wait until you receive the exam results, it can take up to 7 days
