The issue in your code is that you have two anchors:

<a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org"> this is the link to freecodecamp.org</a>
<a href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/">"cat photos"</a>

You need to delete one, I let you guess which one. (one is correct)

Little thing: You don’t need to use "" around an anchor text except it is what you want to write of course.
