I can't solve a problem

Tell us what’s happening:
Describe your issue in detail here.

In the 4th challenge of aplied visual design of web design certificartion, I read the instructions , did what i thaught was right (which acording to the instructions was right), and the code analyser spotted a mistake in the code. I read what the mistake was, bu coulden’t figure out what my mistake was, so i asked for a hint.

The hint revieled that what i did was correct, so i reset the code thinking maybe i changed another part of the code unknowingly, then re did what i had done previously, and it still counted as a mistake. I then whent to the hint and cliked on the answer. Once again, what I had done was correct, so I reset the code, copied & pasted the solution where I had to, and yet again, it counted as a mistake. I then whached the vidio solution to see if maybe by explaining the process, i would have seen my mistake and fixed it. In the vidio, the period was included in the " Stanford University " part, but the instructions said not to. I tried with and without the period once more, and it still didnn’t fix it. All and all, I cant fix this issue. I would apreciete any help i can get.

Thanks for the consideration
cordially
Nathan Solomon

Challenge: Use the strong Tag to Make Text Bold

Link to the challenge:

The task is to wrap strong tags around Sanford University

This is your code
<strong> Stanford University <strong/>

It has strong tags wrapped around space Stanford University space
You’ve also incorrectly closed the strong tag
Not what the task was asking for.

Hi @Unvalid_username !

Welcome to the forum!

A couple of things.

No.1:
This is the incorrect syntax for an end tag

The / is supposed to go to before the tag name

No.2:
You have a extra spaces here

Get rid of those spaces before and after stanford university

Hope that helps!

Nathan here, thanks for help, but i figured out what was wrong and succesfully passed the challenge. My mistake was that in the closing tag of Stanford University , the / has to be before the strong and not after. Small type issue. Sorry for bothering and thanks again.

Cordially
Nathan Solomon
