I would admit it’s a bit confusing.
So what you have to do is to make the words “cat photos” which are present in the “p tag” a link and remove the other “cat photos” link (the bottom one).

That is these one:

its simple, you haven’t nested the tags properly. like you didn’t open a <p> tag, but you have closed it. i think you have used a </p> tag instead of </a> tag. thats all it!!!, hope you’re not trying to make the image clickable ?
