Hey, not bad! However, I reccommend some padding and font choices. You can do this by

#hdr{
  background-color:#666;
  color:#FFF;
  padding: 10px;
}
#hdr h3{
  text-align: center;
}

#main{
  background-color:#666;
  margin-top:10px;
}
#title{
  background-color:#543;
  margin-top:5px;
  padding-left:2px;
}
#title h1,p{
  color: #FFF;
  text-align:center;
  padding: 10px;
}
#img-div{
  background-color:#F0FFFF;
  width: 100%;
}

Here’s some modified code. Also, use <link> to add another font.

Great job man!

I would suggest you add the border-radius css command a bit more to your form to smooth out some of the sharp 90-degree angles.
Maybe instead of coloring the page and keeping the background white, completely fill the body up with your page. Don’t leave any white gaps.
Search google fonts for one that matches your page a bit better.

Thank you for your support.
I will definitely make changes that you have mentioned.

Hey. Could you teach me how to make the gap between the labels and my form fields constant and make it look like a form that is well formatted.
Thank you

Do you mean to ask me to help you close up the gaps?
There are no <label> tags in your code.
