  1. Why have you added /*offset-x |offset-y |spread-radius | color|; in your #thumbnail?
  2. You have a typo in the first rgba(…)! 0.9 should be 0.19.

you need to fill in with the right css selector(id or class), in this case it is and id called thumbnail and write the code with box-shadow and their correspontind values from the example shown on the left side of the page.
