The link element should not be nested inside the title element. And also the link element is a self closing element so do not forget to close the link element.

I tried it, but it didn’t work. there is still nothing on the preview page

Hey. Your title tag shouldn’t have the link tag inside of it. So try this:

<title>Registration Form</title>
<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='styles.css'>
