It isn’t working because the CSS for h2 is nested inside p. Try this instead:

p {
   font-size: 16px;
   font-family: monospace;
}
h2 {
  font-family: Lobster;
 }

You forgot the closing curly braces “}” after the paragraph “p” definition

You have

p {
   font-size: 16px;
   font-family: monospace;
h2 {
  font-family: Lobster;

 }

And you should have

p {
   font-size: 16px;
   font-family: monospace;
}
h2 {
  font-family: Lobster;
}

Also strongly recommend keeping it clean in respect to spaces and tabs. This way its easier to see those issues.
