I’m not sure what the error is because you did not post the error you received, though following the instructions from Step 12 it seems you did not move the link code into the < p > code

<p>Click here to view more <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a></p>

By moving the <a></a> link code to wrap around “cat photos” in the <p></p> code, you remove the extra link next to the photo and make the original “cat photos” text a link above the photo.
