Based on your code and looking at the challenge name it seems like you are confused about how to add form elements to the page.

Are you confused about how to create a form element? Or how to place inputs inside of the form?

Like @Sky020 said if you give us more specifics then we can help you better.

I am a beginner but I have already gone through this challenge.

you need to Nest the existing input element inside a form element and assign “URL” to the action attribute of the form element.

example:

<form action="URL HERE">
    <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
</form>
