Sorry if this is a silly question but I have just finished with the Responsive Web Design Certification.
Is there not some sort of Certificate that shows you have completed it or some form acknowledgement that it is completed?

You should be able to request the certification on your profile.
Click on your profile image and then scroll down until you find the certification then do “claim certification”.
