I just can't get my tests complete

I have done this same test over and over again and I’m pretty sure it is correct (cause I did just the way the hint tells us to and the very system claimed it complete). Still after I complete it I just can’t leave the test page, and once I reload it nothing happens (it’s like I’ve never done it). I just can’t move forward.

Someone please help!
