I moved to Florida from NYC three weeks ago. I have a new job and I haven’t been able to study at all. Now I feel like I will have to start all over because I think I don’t remember anything…so frustrated…
Well, even if you have to relearn something, it will be easier this time and more likely to stick. Sometimes this is how we learn - two steps forward and one step back.

The more you do it, the easier it gets. The more code you write, the more you can remember to do coming off a hiatus. I was the exact same way starting out with javascript. You’ll find it comes back faster than just starting out, too. I don’t think there are any successful developers who picked it up and never took a break and forgot a bit. It’s all part of the learning process.
