where should i put it? inside the form? or on the top?

The radio buttons go inside the form.

This lesson as well as the following 3 teach you how to build a form.
So all of these tags they are asking you to create need to be inside the form.

Inside the form - because that’s where the other input is already.
The idea is: the “submit” button causes the form to take all the values in the “input” field and executes the “form action” with it (sending the data to the url). This ofcourse can only work for the input that is within the form.
