Challenge: Use the value attribute with Radio Buttons and Checkboxes

Link to the challenge:

Hey!

Take a look at the below example given in the lecture:

<label for="indoor">
  <input id="indoor" value="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor
</label>
<label for="outdoor">
  <input id="outdoor" value="outdoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Outdoor
</label>

and then compare each of the lines of code above with one in the challenge, for example the below one, to see where the value attribute should stand:

<label><input type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor"> Indoor</label>

Add the missing attribute in each of the checkbox and radio button lines and run the tests again.

You can check here to see what the value attribute looks like in a page and why it is important to add it: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_value.asp

Hope it helps. :slight_smile:
