Hello and welcome.
It seems like you haven’t tried to add value attribute.
You need to add value attribute for each radio and checkbox inputs and use the input label text.
For example: the input of Loving should have the value attribute of loving
Make sure the text is in lowercase.
Solution for one of them and try to solve others:
