I would reset the lesson because there are a few issues.

No.1:
Do not change the existing input.
This is the existing input

  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">

NO.2:
You need to wrap the form tags around that existing input I just showed you.

<form action="url goes here">
existing input goes here
</form>
