I need help with my technical documentation page project

I am unable to pass the #6 test that says:

On regular sized devices (laptops, desktops), the element with id=“navbar” should be shown on the left half of the screen. It should always be visible to the user and should remain stationary. You may need to enlarge the viewport or zoom out to ensure the navbar doesn’t scroll with the page content.

I don’t know what am doing wrong, here’s the link to my code

Hi @ilorianuoluwapo !

Welcome to the forum!

This trips up a lot of people.

You need to test it where the browser window is the width of a 850px and more.

Thanks. I already tested it on my laptop. So a wondering why I can’t pass the test.

Reread this sentence more carefully.

I can narrow the browser window to be smaller or full width on my laptop.

If you narrowed the browser window to much than the test won’t pass.

But if you test it with the browser window at full width, then it will pass.

Hope that makes more sense now!

Even if you can’t duplicate the same results that I am, you have passed all of the tests.

So you can just move onto the next project. :grinning:
