I’m looking for good resources on freelancing by making websites
So far I’ve been building my skills in HTML and CSS alone and am close to finishing a roadmap of basic projects to get more comfortable.
I’d prefer courses and also free ones but anything will do as you recommend.

This sounds more like a ChatGPT request than a forum converstaion thread.
A little time spent googling, or searching freeCodeCamp’s tutorials will get you a lot of resources. If you have specific questions, people might be able to help more.
