I think this lesson is broken - html button making

The program keeps saying that my button doesn’t say “submit” even though submit is what the text for my button says.

Well, your code seems to be correct. It works fine when I copy-paste and run it.

Everything I see is that you need to write “Submit”. In your example it says “submit” as the text of the button element.
But yes, as the person before me said, it passes when copied.

I ran the code on my browser, and it passes all the tests. Maybe you have a browser extension enabled that is affecting things.

Thanks @leonardmohr. I tried it in a different browser and everything worked. I’m using safari by default. Perhaps I should switch browsers… Thanks for the suggestion!
