I want to take the python exam but I can't!

I finished the python course, and completed the prerequisite courses and certification projects needed to take the exam.

(540/540 steps). But I still got the blue notification that say I can’t open exam before I finish the course.
HELP PLEASE!! So I can move to the next course soon..
