You have two main problems here. First, both attributes need to be wrapped in quotes. Your url is not in any quotes and your alt text… it is wrapped in double single quotes. Double single quotes are not the same as double quotes. Your basic format should be like:

<img src="my-url" alt="my alt text">

or

<img src='my-url' alt='my alt text'>

Your other problem is that that is not the url for src that you were asked to use.
