I’m wondernig if the work I do on the Responsive Web Design course will apply to the Full Stack course? So I don’t have to re-do the same material on HTML and CSS when I move on to the Full Stack course?

Yes, if you complete the projects in the RWD cert that progress caries over.
You will still need to do the additional labs, workshops, lectures and quizzes if you are interested in claiming the full stack certification.
