I'm almost done with the weather project need background image by geolocate coords

does any one know if a good api exists to use the lat and lon as a search term to return an image , flickr for example returns images of people and cars and anything except 1 or 2 images from my town…

Any ideas would be gladly and gratefully received.

I saw one user pull a google street view based on lat, lon coords!

That was pretty cool (but a bit creepy if the lat, lon is gps derived and accurate!)…
