I'm confused on what's wrong with my form action

I’m supposed to nest the input element inside of a form element, and I tried doing that, but I guess I messed up. At first, I tried removing the quotation marks from around the link, but then the computer didn’t recognize that as a form element anymore. I added the quotations back, and the computer recognized it as a form element, but it’s telling me " Your form should have an action attribute which is set to https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo ." I’m very confused. Please help!

9 times out of 10 when code doesn’t work it will be down to a spelling error.
Happy coding! :slightly_smiling_face:
