i have learned html and CSS, now what all necessary concepts i need to learn in javascript required to learn Angular?

The second certificate in fcc offer a good base of JavaScript, after that will be much easier to pick up something like Angular

While you are working on the second certificate in freeCodeCamp you should also have a look at the Angular tutorials on their site. They do a really good job of helping you to work through things.

You don’t have to do them in order, you can just go to the curriculum and chose where to start.

The first certificate is about HTML/CSS, the second about JavaScript, the third about some libraries and frameworks that combine HTML/CSS and JavaScript to have interactive webpages
