I'm stuck: don't know where to put the form tag in the last section

" Each of your radio button elements should be added within the form tag"

<p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>
<ol>
  <li>flea treatment</li>
  <li>thunder</li>
  <li>other cats</li>
</ol>
<form action="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
  <button type="submit">Submit</button>
</form>

<label for="indoor">
<input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor

Challenge: Create a Set of Radio Buttons

Link to the challenge:

“Add a pair of radio buttons to your form”

The form is already there in the HTML, it begins with <form> and ends with </form>. So adding something to the form would be adding it in between those opening/closing form tags.
