  1. While quotes are not required when defining attributes in HTML it is strongly recommended to use them.
<alt=/fcc-relaxing-cat>
  1. alt is not html tag, it is an attribute, so you have to use it inside of <img> for example, like so:
<img src="cat.jpg" alt="Black cat eating pizza" />
