Hey again @nukimoya

Can I offer a friendly bit of advice as this is your second thread in about 20 minutes? These early challenges should be relatively straightforward and everything you need to pass them is explained in either the lesson you are currently on or a previous test and I think there is some evidence that you’re not processing the concepts before moving on to the next challenge.

Obviously how you use FCC is entirely up to you, but you’ll find the latter - and thus more difficult - stages less taxing if you don’t just hammer through the early ones.

I’ll admit that it is difficult not to try and get through them ASAP - I made the same mistake when I started FCC and only when I realised I was going too quickly, did I go back through the lessons a bit more methodically and gain 100x more insight from them.

It shouldn’t be too tricky - take a little longer to look at it - but you’re missing something quite fundamental.

If you still can’t work it out, let me know and I’ll walk you through the process.

hi, i still can’t get it,

Unsure why you’ve added ‘generic_name’ to the font list. I’m sure that’s not a condition of the challenge.

Done it, yet i can’t get through

Thanks for your help though, but i’ve finally cracked it. I did not apply the lobster font to the h2 correctly. I initially incorrectly applied two h2 selectors, then i tried correcting myself by applying the lobster font to the h2 selector but only after the monospace font, this too did not work. Afterwards, i changed the arrangement : this time lobster before monospace, it worked but the lobster font failed to degrade to the monospace font then i had to change the semi-colon sign( after the lobster font to a comma(,) sign, Then i succeeded.
