How important is to fulfill all the user stories on Responsive Web Design Projects?
Your participation in FCC is all about what you want to get out of it. No one cares except you. No one benefits except you. I can’t tell you how important it is to you that you do the projects in the way suggested by FCC. What I can tell you is that there are good reasons for the user stories to exist. If you plan to develop web applications or software professionally, this is how that works. The requirements may or may not be called “user stores” (although that’s common) but your features will be defined in a similar way. When it comes to FCC, the user stories also create a degree of consistency for everyone’s projects. If you plan to get help and especially if you plan to ask for community feedback, this consistency makes that possible.

Also, as a side point, “user stories” are a very common term in the agile methodology, which is the most common methodology in the software engineering industry.
