Improve Accessibility of Audio Content with the audio Element HELP

Tell us what’s happening:
All the check boxes are correct except for the audio tag closing. Which is weird because I have it closed.

Please Help!!

Just remove the id="meowClip" attribute from audio element. It will work. Thanks
