I entered this statement:

console.log("It was fun sharing these facts with you. Goodbye! - " + botName + " from " + botLocation + “.”);
and after pressing “Check Code” button still get the message “You should log to the console "It was fun sharing these facts with you. Goodbye! - (botName) from (botLocation)." and add the values of the variables.”

What is missing?

I would check the various logs before that, when that one fails even when you are logging the right message, it usually means that you have the wrong number of loggings
