I copied your code and I received the following hint:
The submit should display the text Submit.
I guess this is not a great hint, but basically when I saw it, I thought to do the following:

True, I did eventually get the answer to it, but it bothers me a lot when the hint said that it should says “Submit” when it already said “Submit” in the preview (Talking about accessibility here

i dont think this is a bug, my code is in english but if i only write
the button on the webpage is in french “Envoyer”, if i add the value Submit, Submit appears !

You have to give the upper label element a for attribute. and then you need to give the same id in the textarea. that’s all.
