I found this article from Nielsen Norman Group on UX enlightening. I’m finding it very surprising that 43% percent of users fall into 'level one -or- level zero, where they can only accomplish simple tasks like deleting an email, using the reply all function, and searching for emails from a specific sender.
"**Summary:** Across 33 rich countries, only 5% of the population has high computer-related abilities, and only a third of people can complete medium-complexity tasks."
