I guess i am making this more complicated than what it maybe…lol but im not sure what to put for the first few words of the first p for the second p… and so on. what am i doing wrong??

Your second p element should contain the first few words of the provided text:

"Purr jump eat the grass rip the couch scratched sunbathe, shed everywhere rip the couch sleep in the sink fluffy fur catnip scratched."

After that wrap both paragraphs with main tag.
