Is it correct to put pieces of code on Github of my progress?

I’m doing several challenges on HackerRank with different languages ​​to figure out which one is best for me (currently Python is my favorite) and I’m putting it all on GitHub, but I don’t know if it’s a right thing or yes.

It’s a very personal thing. If HR works for you and you think GitHub is ussefull for you then sure. But it’s much like liking a red our blue carpet some prefere blue some prefere red.
