I’ve made the tribute page twice now and want to know if it wouldn’t be too difficult if I moved on to the JavaScript portion, and started learning that, then come back and really go all out with the tribute page, product landing page, etc.?
If you have a working version of the tribute page, then I would submit that and move onto javascript. Come back to the tribute page when you are ready and if you feel it can be improved.

Sure. It’s recommended that you at least make a first draft of the projects that meet the basic requirements, but lots of people keep coming back to them at different points to add polish.
