i decided to learn DB courses on the Youtube…

i installed psql desktop ver.

it was huge time-waisting job to find the solution to connect codeally.

Actually I try to install docker desktop, clone rdb-alpha and build container to learn relation database from json file

Also having theese issues for days , but it finally worked for me now:) Seems they have fixed the problem.
