I faced a similar situation once. I use Pananames registrar. But the registrar immediately notified me. They were given time to fix the problem. So my domain name was not blocked.
Typically, I got email from the registrar, if there are some violations, that need to be fixed. In your case, this seems like a special situation, you need to get in touch with the admin I suppose.
