Is there any way to use a variable to select a loop?

I want to give a variable the value of a loop, I know it isn’t exactly possible but if anybody could have figured out a way, it would be brilliant.

I am not sure what you mean. “The value of a loop” doesn’t really make sense. You can use a loop to change a value.
