Is there API for old weather forecasts

I’m looking for a source for old weather forecasts–yesterday’s forecast, or a year ago’s. Not yesterday’s actual weather, which is easy to find, I want yesterday’s forecast.
Historical forecasts, a Forecast Archive. I’ve looked on NOAA, Wunderground, OpenWeatherMap and not found them. Does anyone know of an online source?

No. https://www.wunderground.com/history/ has historic actual weather, NOT forecasts. I want old forecasts. The forecast that was published on, say, April 1 2016, predicting the weather on April 2 2016.
