Issue on certificate

I recently completed the Responsive Web Design and JavaScript certifications on your platform, including passing all the required exams and projects. However, I am currently experiencing an issue where my certificate is not showing on my profile.

I have confirmed that I successfully completed all the required tasks, but the certificate has not been issued or displayed. I would appreciate it if you could kindly look into this issue and assist me in resolving it.

Did you go to Menu → Settings → Legacy Responsive Web Design V8 and then press claim?

You have to claim the certification in order for it to show on your profile.

have claimed it already but anytime i clicked the show, it takes me back to the landing page
