Issue with Empty Parameter test case - Back end API - Timestamp microservice challenge

Timestamp Microservice

The ‘empty parameter’ test cases seem to always fail. These test cases fail even for the example API provided by FCC. But checking it manually appears to work. I believe there should be something wrong with the comparison to check the test case. Please let me know if there’s something that can be done to make the conditions pass.
