Issue with my freeCodeCamp javascript certification

Hey Everyone. Hope you will be safe and sound . I have been facing an issue , I completed my Javascript certification requirement then I took the freeCodeCamp certification exam . After waiting for a few days it would show pending result , then it would display RETAKE REQUIRED. I thought maybe my answers would have been wrong and I would have failed the test . Again after 9 days I prepared and gave the exam the second time again it says Retake required. But this time I am 100 percent sure my answers were correct atleast more than 80 percent . And the requirement to pass is 80 percent I think, which I am 100 percent sure I have obtain but mybe I am doing some mistake while submitting the test can somebody tell me whats wrong . Plz your coorperation is required.
