It passed all the test but I would love to hear some feedback, and what can I improve in it?
Just looked at the survey page. I liked it! Only thing that bothered me (if you’re looking for improvements) is that I personally prefer the (required) text to be lined up with the words Name and Email along the lower part of the letters, rather than at the top. Not a big deal though. Looks good!
EDIT: also, I got an error message when I submitted. I assume this is just because it’s a sample, but just in case it wasn’t, there you go.
